PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THEY INCLUDE A BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, A CLASS ACTION WAIVER AND A JURY TRIAL WAIVER, WHICH AFFECT HOW DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND YIU ARE RESOLVED. SEE “BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION” BELOW.

Who we are

These terms apply to your use of this website and to every purchase from YIU LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, Filing ID 2026-002089757.

In these terms, “YIU”, “we” and “us” mean YIU LLC. “You” means the person using the site or placing an order.

Agreeing to these terms

By using the site, you agree to these terms.

By placing an order, including by clicking “Pay now” at checkout, you also agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.

You must be at least 18 years old and a US resident to buy from us.

We deliver to the 48 contiguous United States only.

Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information.

We may update a product’s formula or packaging. The label on the product you receive is the reference.

Product images, colors and textures on screen may differ slightly from the product you receive.

Reporting a reaction

If you have a reaction to a product, stop using it and contact us.

Tell us which product you used, its batch code, when the reaction started, and whether you consulted a medical professional.

We may ask you to complete a short form. Reporting a reaction does not change our Returns & Damaged Items policy.

Prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars. Taxes and shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.

Products and offers are subject to availability.

Prices may change for future purchases. An active subscription follows its Subscription Terms.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A sale is final only when we ship your order.

Until then, we may refuse or cancel any order, for any reason. This includes pricing or product errors, suspected fraud, orders for resale, misuse of an offer, and orders connected with a previous payment dispute.

If we cancel an order, we refund any amount charged to the original payment method.

Once you have paid

Your order is processed as soon as your payment is confirmed.

After that, we cannot cancel or change it. Check your order and delivery address before you pay.

Delivery and risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier marks your order as delivered.

Personal use only

Our products are sold for personal use only, not for resale.

We may limit quantities per order, per person, or per household.

Payment

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the amount shown at checkout to your payment method.

Your billing information must match your payment method.

Shipping restrictions

We do not ship to freight forwarders or package reshipping services. Orders placed for that purpose may be cancelled.

Payment disputes

If there is a problem with a charge, contact us first. Most issues are solved in one email.

We may refuse future orders connected with a previous payment dispute.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for all activity on it.

We may suspend or close any account, and cancel any order or subscription, if we suspect fraud, abuse, or a breach of these terms.

Your content

When you send us content, or publish content that tags or mentions YIU, you grant YIU a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use it. This includes reviews, photos, videos, comments and stories.

This license lets us copy, edit, adapt and publish that content in any media, including advertising. It covers your name, handle, voice and likeness as they appear in the content.

You confirm that you own the content, or have the right to grant this license, and that it is truthful.

Intellectual property and site use

Site text, images, designs and brand assets belong to YIU LLC or its licensors.

You may use the site for personal shopping. Do not copy or commercially use its content without our written permission.

Do not use bots, scrapers or other automated tools on the site, use its content to train artificial intelligence, try to access accounts or systems that are not yours, place fraudulent orders, or interfere with the site.

Third-party sites and services

The site may link to or use third-party sites and services, such as payment providers and social media. We are not responsible for their content, terms or practices.

Copyright complaints

If you believe that content on our site infringes your copyright, email support@madeforyiu.com. Describe the work, show where it appears on our site, and give your contact details.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YIU LLC from any claims, losses and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your breach of these terms, your content, or your misuse of the site.

Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier delays, supplier shortages, natural disasters, strikes, or technical outages.

Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE, ITS CONTENT AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, AND YIU DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT THESE WARRANTIES CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or free of errors, or that any product will produce a particular result.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YIU LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR YOUR PURCHASES, EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO A PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT PRODUCT.

These limits do not exclude any liability or right that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Time limit for claims

Any claim relating to the site or a purchase must be brought within one year after it arises. After that, it is permanently barred, to the extent permitted by law.

Resolving disputes informally

Before starting any claim, send us a written notice at support@madeforyiu.com. Include your name, your order number, and what you are asking for.

We both agree to try to resolve the dispute informally for 60 days after that notice.

Binding individual arbitration

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, it will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.

Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court.

ARBITRATION TAKES PLACE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. YOU AND YIU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO TAKE PART IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

If any part of this arbitration section is found unenforceable, the rest of it still applies.

Mass arbitration

If 25 or more similar arbitration demands are filed by or with the help of the same law firm or organization, they are handled in batches.

Ten cases go first, five chosen by each side. The other cases wait until those decisions are made. This process aims to resolve the cases efficiently.

Governing law

The laws of the State of Wyoming govern these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Advertising and these terms

If an advertisement or promotional message differs from these terms or from the terms of an offer, these terms and the offer terms shown at checkout apply.

Business transfers

We may transfer these terms, and your account, to a company that acquires our business or its assets.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Changes do not affect orders already placed.

Electronic communications

You consent to receive communications from us electronically, by email and on the site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

General

These terms, and the policies they include, are the entire agreement between you and YIU about the site and your purchases.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

If we do not enforce a right, we do not waive it.
