Ambassador Program Terms

The program

The YIU Ambassador Program lets approved ambassadors earn commissions by recommending our products.

These terms apply together with our Terms of Sale & Use.

Joining

The program is by application only. You must be at least 18 years old.

YIU may accept, refuse, suspend or end any application or ambassador account, at any time, for any reason.

Your code and link

Approved ambassadors receive a personal code and link.

Commissions are tracked only when a customer uses your code or link. We are not responsible for tracking failures caused by browsers, ad blockers or user error.

Commissions

You earn a commission on the first order placed by a new customer through your code or link.

No commission is paid on subscription refills or on later orders from that customer.

Your commission rate is shown in your ambassador account. We may change rates or rules at any time. Changes apply to future orders.

Orders that do not count

Your own orders, and orders from members of your household.

Orders that are cancelled, refunded or disputed.

Orders from coupon or deal websites, or from paid ads on YIU brand terms, unless we approved them in writing.

Payment

Each commission is held for 30 days after the order, to cover cancellations and disputes.

Approved commissions are paid once your balance reaches the minimum shown in your account.

You are an independent contractor, not an employee. You are responsible for your own taxes.

Your content and our ads

You grant YIU a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use the content you create for YIU or share with us, together with your name, handle, voice, image and likeness as they appear in it.

We may copy, edit, cut, adapt, translate and combine this content with other material, and publish it in any media, including paid advertising on any platform.

We may create ads that differ from your original content. No payment is owed for this use beyond your commissions.

You confirm that you own your content, and that everyone who appears in it has agreed to this use.

Content rules

Share only your honest opinion and real experience.

Do not make medical claims or promise results.

Follow applicable advertising laws, including the FTC rules on endorsements. Clearly disclose your relationship with YIU whenever you share your code or link, for example with #ad or #YIUpartner.

Misuse

Self-purchases, fake accounts, spam, misleading claims or any other misuse end your participation immediately.

Unpaid commissions are then cancelled.

Changes and end of the program

We may change, suspend or end the program, or your participation, at any time, for any reason.

Disputes

Disputes about the program are resolved under the dispute resolution and arbitration sections of our Terms of Sale & Use.
