Automatic renewal

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION RENEWS AUTOMATICALLY. EACH REFILL IS CHARGED TO YOUR PAYMENT METHOD AT THE PRICE AND ON THE SCHEDULE SHOWN AT CHECKOUT, UNTIL YOU CANCEL AS DESCRIBED BELOW.

How it works

Subscribing is optional, unless a product page states that the product is sold by subscription only.

Before you pay, checkout shows your price, your delivery schedule, and the offer attached to your subscription.

Your first order is charged when you place it. Each refill is then charged to the same payment method, on the schedule you chose, until you cancel.

Your order confirmation email records your subscription price, your schedule and your offer.

Minimum commitment

There is no minimum commitment, unless an offer clearly states one before you subscribe.

When an offer has a minimum, for example a number of deliveries before you can cancel, it is shown on the product page and at checkout. You can cancel once it is met.

Your subscription offer

Some offers are available only with a subscription: for example a subscriber price, free shipping, gifts or member benefits.

Each offer is described on the product page and at checkout. Those details form part of these terms for your subscription.

A subscription offer stays in effect for as long as your subscription remains active, unless the offer states a shorter period.

Your price

Your subscription price stays the same for as long as your subscription is active and the product stays the same.

Exceptionally, we may adjust the price of future refills to reflect an increase in our costs, such as ingredients, packaging, manufacturing, shipping, taxes, inflation or other operating costs.

We email you at least 7 days before the first refill at the new price. You can cancel before that refill at no cost.

If you do not cancel, the new price applies and stays the same from then on. A price change never affects a refill already charged.

New versions of a product

If we replace a product with a new version, such as a new formula or size, your subscription moves to the new version. Its price may differ.

Discontinued products

If we discontinue a product, we email you, and your subscription to that product ends.

Gifts over time

Some offers include gifts delivered with later refills, for example with your second or fourth refill.

A gift scheduled for a later refill ships only if your subscription is active when that refill ships.

Gifts are subject to availability. We may replace a gift with an item of equal or greater value.

Member benefits

Some subscriptions include member benefits, such as a private community, digital content or app access. They are described where you subscribe.

Member benefits are included at no extra charge. They are not sold or billed separately and have no cash value.

They are available only while your subscription is active. A benefit with a stated duration ends when that duration ends.

We may change, replace or end any member benefit at any time.

Before every refill

We email you before each refill is charged.

Manage your subscription

From your account, you can skip a delivery, change your schedule, pause or cancel. You can also email support@madeforyiu.com.

Skipping or pausing keeps your subscription active, with its offer and benefits. No refill is charged while paused.

Cancel

Cancel from your account in a few clicks, or by email. No call is required.

To stop the next refill, cancel at least 48 hours before it is charged.

We confirm every cancellation by email.

Cancelling stops future charges. A refill already charged still ships and is not refunded. See Returns & Damaged Items.

What ends when you cancel

When your subscription ends, the offer, price, gifts and member benefits attached to it end too.

Future purchases are charged at the price in effect at that time.

Restarting a subscription later does not restore an earlier offer or unused benefits. The offers available on the day you restart apply.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we notify you and retry the payment up to three times within four weeks.

If every attempt fails, your subscription is cancelled, and its offer, price and benefits end. We do not ship an unpaid refill.

Advertising and these terms

If an advertisement or promotional message differs from these terms, these terms and the offer shown at checkout apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. A change applies only to refills charged after we tell you about it by email, and you can cancel before then.
