Yes, they're perfect for walking, running, gym, or any physical activity. However, they are not designed for aquatic activities like swimming or diving.
Can I wear a single sleeve on either knee?
Yes! You can wear a single sleeve on whichever knee needs support. However, if you have knee problems, we recommend wearing one on each knee — to support the affected knee and prevent the same issues from developing on the other.
Can I order a pack in different sizes?

How do I wash these?
Machine wash on cold, air dry. The bamboo fabric actually gets softer with each wash and maintains its antibacterial properties for a long time.
How long do they last?
With proper care (cold wash, air dry), your sleeves will last 3-4x longer than plastic sleeves — without all the weird chemicals and the torture of wearing them.
